Report of Exhibition of AMR Tianjin Frankfurt
The Auto Maintenance and Repair Expo (AMR) returned to and held in Tianjin from March 20 to 23, 2024. This show features of large scale, with the whole display area of approximately 100,000 square meters. Numerous exhibitors participated in the exhibition, showcasing the latest products, technologies, and services in automotive parts and after markets to the visitors.
Specially for the show and in line with its future business development direction, the Company displayed results of its new materials and their excellent performance. In addition to showing ordinary auto parts, we also specially exhibited components relating to the new energy automobile industry, such as TIP SEA, SIDE SEAL and other related components for new energy compressors, high-end parts such as temperature control valves, actuators, etc. for new energy vehicles, expecting to attract more customers in these fields.
A total of more than 1061 auto parts manufacturers from all over the country participated in the exhibition, with nearly 10,000 visitors attended. We received a total of 26 companies, of which six need us to follow up to focus on for development, in a bid to be able cooperate with them as soon as possible. Subsequently, we will continue to participate in various exhibitions, in a bid to promote our products, technical innovation capabilities and the corporate culture of “Respect the Nature and Love People”, striving to contribute to the sustainable development of the enterprise.

Manufacturing Expo
From March 27 to 30, 2024, Starlite attended the 24th China (Hefei) International Equipment Manufacturing Expo. At the show, the Company exhibited products made of the S-bear material independently developed by it and other innovative products such as TIP SEAL, precision gears, and precision members, among others, attracting much attention from customers. With their features of high precision, high temperature resistance, self-lubricating and high strength, these products have shown great potential in markets of industrial equipment and automobiles, among other things.
During the exhibition, through active exchanges and displays, the Company’s booth received a total of 21 customers, of which five customers showed a strong intention to cooperate. These customers mainly expressed their needs for such products as automobile generator parts, TIP SEAL, high-precision gears, etc.
In order to further explore cooperation opportunities, Starlite has agreed to further communication with these customers showing intention and plans to conduct product feasibility assessments. The Company’s appearance at this exhibition demonstrated its strong R&D capabilities and product advantages. Through active interaction with a number of potential customers, the Company laid a foundation of getting PO placement for its future new projects.

Titles of “Science and Technology Innovation Award” and “Star of Collaboration” Granted
On March 23, 2024, the 15th Cherry Blossom (Sakura) Season Investment Promotion Event in Zhoushi Town was held as scheduled in Zhoushi Cherry Blossom Garden. During the event, Starlite Plastic Products (Kunshan) Co., Ltd. was awarded plates of commendation. The Company won the honorary titles of the industrial renewal Japanese-funded enterprises “Science and Technology Innovation Award” and “Wonderful Star of Collaboration Because of Sakura/ You”.
While implementing production safety and green manufacturing, the Company is committed to working hard and moving forward bravely in the development of both new materials and products. It has achieved some results and has been well received and praised by government agencies.
In the future, the Company will further implement technical innovation, transformation and upgrading to promote its sustainable and stable development. Therefore, it could make greater contributions to the region.

Exhibition Report on 2024 Guangzhou International
Auto Air-Conditioning and Transport Refrigeration Exhibition
With the fast takeoff of China's new energy vehicle industry, the mobile refrigeration industry has shown a quick development trend, and all aspects from production, sales to after-sales are becoming more and more matured. As a world-renowned mobile refrigeration professional one, this exhibition does not only display traditional automotive air-conditioning products, but also adds the areas of bus air-conditioning system and accessories, of refrigerated cold chain logistics equipment, and of vehicle thermal management system and accessories, attracting many professionals in the field of new energy vehicles.
This was Starlite's first show attendance in 2024. We were also excited and well prepared to exhibit our products in the show. In just three days, we mainly showed related products in the compressor field that reflect the theme of the exhibition, especially air-conditioning sealing ring products made of the S-Bear material. In addition, also promoted were high-end parts such as temperature control valves and actuators for new energy vehicles, and friction materials produced with the S-Bear high-performance material were also widely favored by customers.
We exchanged a total of 32 customers at this show, of which six were focused and targeted as the key ones (mainly new energy compressor manufacturers) for further development. In the future, we would strive to establish cooperative relations as soon as possible by seizing the opportunity to meet them at this exhibition.

The Zhoushi Town Meeting on Promoting New Industrialization and High-quality Development was convened on February 26, 2024. At the meeting, Starlite was granted with an award, winding the honorable title of “Green Safety Demonstration Enterprises”.
With the operation philosophy of “safety first“, the Company achieved the goal of “zero” accidents in the workplace throughout the year in 2023; it protected and improved the environment with the clean production method of striving to save energy and reduce emissions, and promoted the steady development of greening and safety of the enterprise. Meanwhile, the Company adhered to carrying out various social activities, which was well awarded and praised by government departments.
In the future, Starlite will further strengthen production safety, implement safety specialization, digitization, and total participation of all the employees, and comprehensively improve the level of intrinsic safety. Besides, the Company will vigorously carry out energy-saving, EP and green energy activities, promote high-quality development, and continuously enhance competitiveness, influence and sustainable development capabilities. With the new year’s coming, everything is being renewed. When the rainwater descends on the land, all things are growing. The 2024 new year ceremony was held at the Company on February 19. The recitation of “Starlite Heart” kicked off the New Year Celebration ceremony, full of sense of ritual.
The chairman far away in Japan expressed his Chinese New Year greetings to all of the employees via video. Although the new coronavirus pandemic subsided in 2023, domestic consumer demand was unexpectedly in stagnation. Under such severe circumstances, the company still maintained a good profit margin despite sales and profits not reaching what planned. In addition, workplace safety accidents in 2023 were zero for the first time. These were the results of everyone's hard work. The chairman was deeply moved by the efforts of all the employees and was also very proud of that. The chairman also looked forward to 2024, which is the year of Jiachen in Chinese lunar calendar system, meaning that in this year, continuous growth momentum would appear and the previous efforts are to have fruitful results. The chairman also expected each of us challenging ourselves in various fields, and the Starlite group would achieve a tremendous leap in 2024.
Then the general manager delivered a New Year's speech. He described in details Starlite’s growth in recent years. After the hard work of these years, the Company’s market competitiveness and labor productivity have been greatly improved. We should be confident in this point. However, the development of the times is changing with each passing day, and business operation likes walking on thin ice. He advocated that all employees should constantly try to challenge themselves, using IT, DX and other tools to acquire knowledge and skills, and realizing the sustainable development of the enterprise.
The executive director who came by a long way from Japan also delivered a passionate speech. He fully affirmed Starlite’s achievements over the past year, and also advocated that in the cycle of economic downturns, the Group’s various business entities should strengthen cooperation in all fields.
Then the ceremony entered the awarding agenda, awarding to those who made great contributions and rendered excellent services in 2023, expecting them to achieve much better results in 2024.

Starlite Kunshan held with honor the “2023 Employees Year-end Party” at Kunshan Venus Royal Hotel on December 23, 2023. Here, we sincerely thank every employee for their hard work and unwavering support for the Company, and it is with your contribution that our company can maintain its development.
Firstly, the general manager delivered an opening speech at the year-end party, in which he reviewed the brilliant achievements in 2023 and expressed his gratitude to the employees for their hard work. At the same time, He also reminded that the situation in 2024 is still grim, and all the employees need to be independent and self-reliant, strive for excellence, and work together. Subsequently the deputy general launched a toasting ceremony, with all the employees to toast and expecting them make concerted efforts to attain the goal for the year of 2024. During the performance, employees created and performed a variety of exciting performances, including ethnic dance, modern dance, stage plays, songs, cross-talk (comic dialogue), and passionate dances by Japanese personnel. Certainly, the lottery pushed the entire event to a climax. Finally, this annual event ended in the blessing of the deputy manager and clapping and yells of all the employees.

From November 15 to 17, 2023 Starlite attended the 21st Shanghai International Auto Air-Conditioning and Transport Refrigeration Exhibition. The exhibition attracted more than 650 exhibitors from the global automotive air conditioning industry, with a total area of 40,000 square meters.
With the “Tribology” - study of friction - as its core technology, Starlite exhibited at the fair the S-bear material featuring temperature resistance and self-lubricating, and its product series such as TIP SEAL products and precision gears, among others. The TIP SEAL series products are suitable for scroll compressors used in new energy vehicles. During the exhibition, a number of customers visited our products on the spot. The company's booth had a total of 39 air-conditioning-related customers received, of which 15 were showing much interested, mainly in scroll compressor sealing ring products, and agreed to subsequently conduct in-depth communication and product feasibility assessment.
The exhibition is a platform for enterprises in the automotive air-conditioning industry to purchase materials and parts, display/procure/sell products, and promote business exchanges. Relying on the extensive resources of the air-conditioning industry at the exhibition, the Starlite's product popularity and reputation have been expanded, and a mature and stable customer base would be actively developed, thus contributing to the Company’s sales.

In order to cultivate and establish a logical sense of data thinking, let employees know how to establish data models for various types of business and manage departments and teams through the establishment of business data, in a move to improve performance and enhance work efficiency, on November 4, an external teacher was specially invited to lecture the DX (digital transformation) training. A total of 28 employees attended. After the teacher analyzed the multi-layer concept of DX, the underlying logic of business modeling, construction of departmental business data model, classroom case analysis and group discussions and other related content for in-depth explanation, everyone could better grasp the importance of digital transformation and related skills, and improve their practical ability and coping ability in the process of digital transformation. The golden autumn season comes with Osmanthus fragrance in air. A new chapter of “vitality” is written by unity, progress, and hard. In order to enrich employees’ leisure life, enhance their physical fitness and teamwork spirit, on the afternoon of November 3, the Company successfully held the “Eighth Rope Jumping Competition”.
Employees from various business departments signed up their names for the competition. There was a total of six teams and each team was consisting of 15 people. Of which, 13 were in rope skipping while two were throwing the rope. The competition adopted a counting system, by which, the highest number in the three times of jumping is the final result. Before the start of the event, the employees participated in intensive competition training. The Company had always attached great importance to the physical fitness of employees, and after long-term exercise, they all had excellent physical fitness levels and high endurance. At the same time, employees said that the project did not only give them laughter, but also had the team spirit forged.
As the whistle sounded, the competition officially began, and everyone shouted and cheered on the sidelines, and they began to exclaim and encourage each time under the continuous and neat jumps. The whole process was tense, orderly, intense, and exciting. Finally, the “No Longer Missed” group of Fine Chemical Business Dept. of “High Ambition and Great Leap” secured the first place with a good score of 60 jumps, then came the “Rope Flying” group of High-Performance Business Dept. with 57 jumps, and followed by the “Rope Lightly Dancing” group of the Common Business Dept. with 35 jumps. To express congratulations, the Company presented those winning teams with honorary certificates and bonuses as a sign of encouragement.
The Eighth Rope Jumping Competition was successfully held thanks to the diligent and responsible attitude of the judges and staff in maintaining order on site, and high morale and a good mentality of the team members actively participating in the game. On Friday, October 27, 2023, the Final Release Meeting of Small Group Improvement Event 2023 was held. There was a total of 16 groups participated in this year’s Small Group Improvement Event at the beginning of this year. After efforts made by various groups and release and selection of candidates at various business departments, a total of seven groups was recommended to attend this company-level final release meeting.
Before the official release, Mr. XU, deputy general manager of the company made an opening speech, congratulating that seven groups were able to stand out and participate in the finals. He affirmed that through joint efforts of everybody, the overall level of the small group improvement event had been improved. Through the intensive and wonderful release of various groups and the final assessment by the judge panel, it was determined that: the first prize goes to Section 2 of Fine Chemical Production, the second prize to HR and the third prize to Section 2 of High-performance Production. Finally, General Manager made detailed comments on groups, and explained that the topic selection is very important, requiring department heads to participate together and provide their guidance. He expected them to achieve better performance in the next year.

From September 19 to 23, 2023, the 23rd China International Industry Fair was successfully held at the National Exhibition & Convention Center in Shanghai (NECC). As one of the enterprises attended, by making full use of the opportunity of this publicity and communication, we displayed Starlite's latest products and technical achievements at this industrial expo, having attracted the attention of many visitors.
With the theme of “Smart, Green and Innovative”, this industry fair aims to promote exchanges and cooperation in the field of industrial technology between China and foreign countries, realizing resource sharing and complementary advantages. As an important platform for Sino-foreign cooperation, this fair attracted outstanding enterprises and professional visitors from all over the world. Starlite set up an independent booth in Hall 1H, displaying high-performance materials with independent IPRs such as new energy vehicle parts, S-Bear DD reducer, friction plate, etc., as well as the latest technology and application in the fields of environmental protection, energy saving, and smart manufacturing.
During the exhibition of five days, we had in-depth exchanges with more than 40 enterprises, including 12 key ones. These enterprises represent the leading level in their respective fields and they speak highly our products and technologies. Subsequently we will grasp the results of this exchange and continue to follow up and have exchanges with them in a bid to achieve cooperation in the future.
