^{In order to let employees have a deep understanding of the corporate culture of Starlite and facilitate better communication between the Chinese and Japanese employees, the Company opened a Japanese language training class, which was opened vehemently on July 17, 2019 (Wednesday). A total of 19 employees attended eagerly.}

^{In this first class, Mr. XU, Deputy GM delivered a speech regarding the purpose and expectation of holding the class. The employees were enthusiastic and their confidence was greatly enhanced. In the class, employees showed great interest in the Japanese language and Japanese culture. Employees hoped that through this study they could improve their Japanese language skills, have fluent communication with their Japanese colleagues, and gain a deeper understanding of the Japanese culture, and thereby to better apply what learned to their work.}
