Four training sessions were held in July, August, and October for Starlite employees at different levels, pursuant to the Company’s annual education and training plan, in order to cultivate next-generation talented people. The training subjects were corporate values, SDG_S, communication & exchange of logic thinking, and problem analysis & solution. During the training process, the participants gained a deeper understanding of what trained through the interaction between the team members and teachers and via their review of the said subjects together. It is expected that those countermeasures discussed by teams can be used in the subsequent work and implemented horizontally in the departments of the Company.
